ELDOQUIN IS USED FOR :

Eldoquin is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles and age spots .

USING ELDOQUIN :

Eldoquin is for use on the skin only. Use carefully if applying to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. Use as directed, usually twice a day. For best results, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treated. A thin layer is all that is needed. Rub in gently. Do not use on irritated or broken skin.

SIDE EFFECTS OF ELDOQUIN :

Eldoquin may cause dry skin, burning, irritation, redness, cracking or peeling of the skin or a rash. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms continue or become worse. Notify your doctor if you develop: a skin rash, swelling in the area the medication was applied to. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin (ochronosis). In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to Eldoquin, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

PRECAUTIONS WHILE TAKING ELDOQUIN :

Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, other infections, any allergies (especially to sulfites, certain brands of Eldoquin contain sulfites). Eldoquin should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if Eldoquin is found in breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

MEDICATION INTERACTIONS TAKING ELDOQUIN :

Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you use, including: all skin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

IF YOU OVERDOSE WITH ELDOQUIN :

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Eldoquin may be harmful if swallowed.

IF YOU MISS A DOSE WITH ELDOQUIN :

If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double-up the dose to catch up.

HOW TO STORE ELDOQUIN :

Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Discard unused medication after the expiration date noted on the container.
