DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 IS USED FOR :

Sunscreens are used to protect the skin from the sun preventing sunburn, premature aging, skin reactions and reducing the risk of skin cancer.

USING DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

Sunscreens are for topical use only. Apply liberally to all exposed skin 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after swimming or excessive sweating. Wear protective eye covering. Use carefully when applying to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes. Use cautiously or avoid use on irritated skin. Do not use on infants under 6 months old. Children under 3 years should use a sunscreen with SPF of 30.

SIDE EFFECTS OF DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

If a sunscreen causes redness or a rash, discontinue use. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about using a different type of sunscreen product. Some sunscreen products may stain clothing. Apply with caution. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

PRECAUTIONS WHILE TAKING DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

If you have any of the following health problems, consult your doctor before using Doctor S Choice Sunscreen-15: PABA allergy, benzocaine allergy, sulfa drug allergy.

MEDICATION INTERACTIONS TAKING DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: skin products, sulfa-drugs, tetracycline, all antibiotics. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

IF YOU OVERDOSE WITH DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Doctor S Choice Sunscreen-15 may be harmful if swallowed.

IF YOU MISS A DOSE WITH DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

Apply sunscreens liberally and often when outdoors.

HOW TO STORE DOCTOR S CHOICE SUNSCREEN-15 :

Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. It is recommended to replace sunscreen products every year as they lose potency over time.
